The Customer represents that they are at least 18 years of age or have consent from a parent or legal guardian to use this service.
- Service Provision
LSE specializes in the supply and delivery of educational materials, including books for various educational boards. By placing an order, the Customer authorizes LSE to process and fulfill the order with the appropriate vendors and distributors to ensure timely delivery.
- Availability & Changes
All products and services are subject to availability, and LSE reserves the right to change product details, availability, and pricing without prior notice.
- Quality & Variation
LSE strives to ensure that products meet high standards of quality. However, there may be slight variations in appearance and color, especially for handcrafted or manually produced items. The Customer acknowledges that some variations may occur due to the nature of these goods.
- Order Processing & Delivery
- Orders will be processed within standard business hours, and delivery will occur as per the agreed timeline, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery times may be adjusted based on public holidays, regional logistics, or other delays outside LSE’s control.
- Orders to institutions (e.g., schools, colleges) are delivered with the understanding that LSE holds no liability for delays or issues related to institutional handling of deliveries.
- Returns & Refunds
- No refunds or cancellations are allowed once an order is confirmed.
- In the event of damaged or defective items, complaints must be made in writing within seven days of receipt, providing details of the delivery code and nature of the issue.
- Disclaimer of Liability
LSE is not liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, etc.) or factors beyond its control.
- Complaints & Disputes
Any disputes or complaints must be submitted in writing, including full details of the issue, within seven days of delivery.
